As this at present is only "outline permission" initial comments are as follows: The Council is committed to affordable housing however 16 houses seems too many and are utilites available? Adequate car parking is a must for this development as excess cars can not be parked on the adjoining main road. A repositioning of houses is necessary instead of the visually boring straight lines for the adjoining neighbours.
